Postage is calculated depending on the dimensions and properties of the prints in your order. Prints of A4 size or smaller are packed into an A4 envelope, backed with card and sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for your security. Prints of up to A1 in size that may be rolled are sent in cardboard tubes via Royal Mail Standard Parcels, with compensation upto the value of the enclosed prints. As some prints are exceptionally large and may not be rolled, e.g. Fine Art and Canvas prints, we will securely flat-pack these orders and deliver them via next-day courier.
As we are based in central europe, we can ship to any location in europe, including the UK, for the same cost.
The three classes of postage are in order: Small (Packed in an envelope, £5.88), Tube (Rolled items within a cardboard tube, £23.97), and Box (Flat-packed items in a box, £27.14). The postage is calculated by taking the largest requirement of all the items in your basket. So therefore, if you have some items marked Small, and one marked Tube, then your postage will be Tube at £23.97 (the small items will be rolled within the tube). Similarly, if you have at least one item requiring a flat-pack in your order, your postage will be calculated as Box at £27.14 (all items will be included in the flat-pack.)
Standard turnaround time is three days, although most items will be posted within 24 hours of your order. We will inform you promptly if your order will be delayed.
